What's included in my rent?
Your rent covers the broadband, but it doesn’t include utilities, water, or council tax. The electricity is supplied by our energy management partner, Amber and Yorkshire Water are our local water suppliers. And don’t worry – our Residents’ Team will fill you in on how to sign up and how billing works.
Is the price per person or per unit?
All our prices are per accommodation rather than per person, we do not charge additional for more tenants
Can I bring my pet?
Want to bring your furry friend? Contact the Residents’ Team to set up a ‘Pet Interview.’ It’s a quick meeting with you and your pet to assess whether Loxley Heights will be a good fit for them. We also have to think about our other residents, so we’ll ask a few questions about your pet’s daily life.Â
After the interview, if permission is granted, you’ll receive your very own ‘Pet Licence,’. Please be aware that a monthly “pet rent” applies for all pet owners, which is ÂŁ25 per pet per month if agreed in advance.

What security is available on-site?
During the day we have our Residents’ Team on site. For after-office hours there’s on-site security to handle any emergencies or parcel pickups. You can reach them at the dedicated Loxley Heights Residents’ Team phone number.
How do I get my mail and packages?
Letters will go directly into the post boxes on the ground floor of your building. Bigger packages will be securely stored by our Residents’ Team – who will notify you with our dedicated resident app, KLIQ. Swing by the reception at Steelworks with your collection code to grab them.
Is there a maintenance team on-site?
We have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist with any issues or repairs. You access our dedicated maintenance app through our residents app, KLIQ – just hit the report button.Â
Is there a permanent team member at the property?
Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. During those hours, our dedicated team will be there to help with anything you need. After hours, security is at Reception and reachable through the Loxley Heights phone number.
Can I have guests over?
Of course! You’re welcome to have guests over. However, please be mindful of our community guidelines and ensure your guests are respectful of other residents.
Is there anywhere I can park my car?
There’s no parking at Loxley Heights, but we’ve secured preferential rates for all our residents at Q Park Rockingham Street, just a short walk away. Ask our Residents’ Team for more specifications.Â
